For consignors
How does consignment work?
Founding consignors: the first 50 consignors get 60% on every piece they consign. After that, the split is 50/50. There is a one-time $30 intake. We take dresses in at drop-off days around Lewes, and the date and place are emailed to you.
What gowns do you accept?
Gowns purchased in the last 3 to 5 years, in great condition, free of stains, damage, or odors. Minor alterations are fine. Gown not cleaned yet? We can arrange cleaning for a cleaning fee.
How do I submit my gown?
Fill out our consignment form with photos, designer, size, and purchase year. Submitting is for review and doesn't guarantee acceptance.
How long is the consignment period?
180 days, starting when our gown sales open. Until then, accepted gowns are either stored safely by us or picked up closer to launch.
Will my price go down?
About 10% after 60 to 90 days, and another 10% after 120 days.
When and how do I get paid?
Within 14 days of the sale, by Zelle or check.
What if my gown doesn't sell?
You can pick it up, renew (if approved), or donate it.
Can I take my gown back early?
Yes, with 7 to 14 days' notice and a $25 early removal fee.
Do you take veils and accessories on consignment?
Case by case. Send us photos and we'll take a look.
For brides
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, by appointment only, and the waitlist is open now. Gown appointments open soon. Join the waitlist to be first to book, or catch us at a pop-up try-on.
Is there a booking fee?
A $25 booking fee reserves your appointment. If you say yes to a gown, it's applied to your purchase. If you don't find the one, it becomes store credit toward veils, jewelry, and accessories, valid for 6 months. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the fee.
What price range are your gowns?
Most gowns are about $600 to $2,500.
What sizes do you carry?
Mostly sizes 8 to 14, with a growing selection of 16+.
What's an appointment like?
Up to 90 minutes just for you, up to 4 guests, and gowns pulled in your size and style before you arrive.
Where are appointments?
We share the location when you book.
Can I put a gown on hold?
No. Gowns aren't held, so if you love it, say yes!
For accessory shoppers
Are your accessories new or pre-loved?
Our veils, gloves, and jewelry are new. Vintage and pre-loved pieces are marked in their listings.
General
What is your return policy?
Pre-loved and vintage pieces are final sale, and so are made-to-order or personalized items. New items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unworn and in their original packaging. We'll email you a return label.
How often does the collection change?
New accessories arrive often, from new veils, gloves, and jewelry to vintage and pre-loved pieces. Gowns are coming soon.
